Five steps to the top...for women

Monterey County, California - California's central coast was the site for this year's annual American Agri-Women national convention hosted by California Women for Agriculture. The event was themed Waves of Change and was held November 10-13, 2005 at the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa on historic Cannery Row in Monterey.

Over 300 agriculturalists from across the country converged for this 30th annual AAW Convention to discuss change and its impacts on agribusiness in the 21st Century. World class speakers such as...James F. Bracher, Founder, Bracher Center for Integrity in Leadership. On Saturday afternoon, November 12, Jim challenged participants to think strategically about effective ways to constructively impact change in their business organizations, leveraging his Five steps to the top...for women.
